[Izuku sets his spoon in the bowl so he can lean over to open his satchel, carefully rummaging around inside until he pulls out a smooth, clear bottle that he places on the table between them. It's a potion, though it's contents are a cool light blue and almost a bit murky. It seems to have the consistency of slightly thickened cream, shifting inside when Izuku turns it. There are dots of different colors in it as well, suggesting that some different herbs and things must have been ground up and put inside.]
This is a cooling salve that I studied up on during my lessons. It should help cool you down when it starts getting warm again soon, and it lasts for a few hours. I made it by myself without any help.
[Izuku smiles just slightly as he returns to the curry that Katsuki so graciously made for him even though he could have just let Izuku starve, cruelly. He's perfectly happy sitting in the kitchen eating with him though, glad to give him someone to spend his birthday with instead of wiling it away alone in his room.

He wonders if that's on purpose on Katsuki's part, since Katsuki always loves things five-alarm spicy for himself.]
[Izuku is aware of this, even though Katsuki immediately changed up his plans with cooking curry once Izuku walked in...maybe it was just instinct that told him to, since he's used to feeding the bakusquad so often.
Izuku decides to go silent after that so he can finish eating, knowing this is an argument with Katsuki he won't win. He got his present delivered and he got dinner, so...win-win as far as he's concerned.]
